Är det bra det? Vore det inte bättre med:
"Non-zero-sum describes a situation in which the interacting parties' aggregate gains and losses is either less than or more than zero." ??

och speciellt om man avgränsar till:
"a situation in which the interacting parties' aggregate gains more than zero." ??

och helst så att alla bättrar
sin situation ??
